Upgrading to Pro

Step-by-step guide to upgrading your LimitLog account to Pro.

Ready to unlock unlimited app tracking? Here's how to upgrade to LimitLog Pro.

How to Upgrade

From the Dashboard

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
  2. Select Settings
  3. Go to the Subscription tab
  4. Click Upgrade to Pro
  5. Choose monthly or yearly billing
  6. Complete payment

From the Pricing Page

  1. Visit limitlog.com/#pricing
  2. Click Get Started under the Pro plan
  3. Sign in (if not already)
  4. Complete payment

Payment Options

Accepted Methods

We accept all major payment methods through Stripe:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

Billing Cycles

Choose the billing cycle that works for you:

  • Monthly: $9/month, billed monthly
  • Yearly: $69/year, billed annually (save 36%)

You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time.

What Happens After Upgrading

Immediate Access

As soon as your payment processes:

  • Your account upgrades to Pro instantly
  • The 5-app limit is removed
  • All Pro features become available
  • Previously hidden apps (if any) become visible

Confirmation

You'll receive:

  • On-screen confirmation of your upgrade
  • Email receipt from Stripe
  • Updated subscription status in Settings

Billing Details

When You're Charged

  • Monthly: Same day each month
  • Yearly: Same day each year

Prorated Billing

If you switch from monthly to yearly (or vice versa):

  • You receive credit for unused time
  • The difference is charged or credited

Invoices

Access your invoices anytime:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click Subscription
  3. Click Manage Billing
  4. View and download invoices

Switching Plans

Monthly to Yearly

Save 36% by switching to yearly:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Switch to Yearly
  3. Confirm the change

You'll be credited for your remaining monthly period.

Yearly to Monthly

Need more flexibility?

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Switch to Monthly
  3. Confirm the change

Takes effect at your next renewal.

Troubleshooting

Payment Failed

If your payment doesn't go through:

  • Check your card details
  • Ensure sufficient funds
  • Try a different payment method
  • Contact your bank if issues persist

Upgrade Not Showing

If your account doesn't show Pro after payment:

  1. Refresh the page
  2. Sign out and back in
  3. Check your email for confirmation
  4. Contact support if still not working

Wrong Plan Selected

Selected the wrong billing cycle?

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Switch to your preferred plan
  3. Changes apply at next billing
