Sorting Options

Sort By

Organize your apps by different criteria:

  • Custom Order — Your drag-and-drop arrangement
  • Name (A-Z) — Alphabetical order
  • Name (Z-A) — Reverse alphabetical
  • Usage (High to Low) — Most used first
  • Usage (Low to High) — Least used first
  • Cost (High to Low) — Most expensive first
  • Cost (Low to High) — Cheapest first

  3. Apps reorder immediately

Default Sort

By default, apps appear in your custom order (as you've arranged them via drag and drop).

Favorites Filter

Show Only Favorites

Toggle to see only your favorited apps:

  1. Click the "Favorites Only" toggle
  2. Dashboard shows only starred apps

This is useful when you want to focus on your most important subscriptions.

Usage Status Filter

Filter by Status

Focus on apps that need attention:

  • All — Show everything
  • Warning — Only red (90%+) apps
  • Caution — Yellow and red apps
  • Safe — Only green apps

Finding Problem Apps

Use the Warning filter to quickly see which apps are approaching their limits and need attention.

Combining Filters

Filters work together:

Example Combinations

  • AI category + Warning status — AI tools near their limits
  • Search "chat" + High usage sort — Find your most-used chat tools
  • Developer category + Cost sort — See your most expensive dev tools

Clearing All Filters

Click "Clear Filters" or refresh the page to reset to the default view.

Saving Filter Preferences

Currently, filters reset when you leave the page. Saved filter presets are on our roadmap.

Workaround

Use favorites to create a "filtered" view of your most important apps that persists across sessions.

Tips for Large Collections

Use Categories

If you have many apps, categorize them properly when adding. This makes filtering much more useful.

Leverage Favorites

Star your most-used apps (5-10) so they're always at the top, regardless of filters.

Regular Cleanup

Periodically review and remove apps you no longer use to keep your dashboard manageable.
