Welcome to LimitLog. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LimitLog website and services (the “Service”) operated by IFEELTECH INC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a company based in Miami, Florida.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Service Description

LimitLog is a SaaS usage tracking platform that helps users monitor and manage their software subscription limits, usage, and spending. The Service allows users to track usage across multiple SaaS applications, receive alerts, and gain insights about their subscription utilization.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

4. Subscription and Billing

Free Plan

We offer a free plan that allows you to track up to 5 SaaS applications. The free plan is subject to usage limitations and may not include all features.

Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Price Changes

We may change our prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any price changes.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by IFEELTECH INC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any data, content, or information you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process it solely to provide the Service to you.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IFEELTECH INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IFEELTECH INC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IFEELTECH INC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
